This position is for an Associate Creative Director- Copywriter role at Endeavor Global Marketing working on the Creative team.


We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter. More than just amazing headlines, we need someone who understands how to create a full consumer journey for an experiential event and mentor young creatives to do the same.


We’re looking for a type-A concepting machine—someone who can not only think on their feet and come up with great programming ideas, but organize those thoughts into a compelling story. Someone who can see the big idea, but not miss the little details. And finally, someone who can translate great creative and present to clients.

The job:

This Associate Creative Director will report directly to the Group Creative Director and will provide internal resources needed to deliver a broad mix of capabilities including, but not limited to: 


  • Experiential Strategy Concepting & Ideation
  • Storytelling
  • Proposal and RFP Response


Key Job Roles

The Associate Creative Director, Copywriting has the potential of managing 4-5 team members in the Creative Solutions department and is responsible for:


Team Leadership / Mentorship

  • Maintaining high standards on program copy
  • Responding to creative requests that entail discussing creative options and deadlines; working with Traffic Manager to secure, brief and manage resources to assure deadlines are met; recruiting new resources to spark creative thinking
  • Working directly with Art Directors, Environmental Designers, and our video team
  • Maintaining direction over assigned internal copywriters to fulfill project demands


Presentation Skills / Concepting / Proposal Development

  • (Client-focused) Supporting RFP responses through the brainstorming and development of conceptual ideas while helping guide the development of presentation copy
  • Express ideas clearly and enthusiastically to internal peers and clients alike through written and verbal formats
  • Direct development of assigned presentation materials on all levels, such as brainstorming, presentation copy, and consumer-facing copy.


Experience and Technical Requirements

Minimum Required Experience

  • Complete and up-to-date online portfolio
  • Eight (8) or more years equivalent work experience a Copywriter
  • At least three (3) years of experiential related work
  • Proven experience managing creative processes and a team of direct reports
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to lead a discovery session with a client, present concepts and tell the story of how the concept meets the client's objective both verbally and through written proposals
  • Must be able to multi-task in a highly productive, fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, and PPT
