We’re currently seeking a full-time, on-site English/Spanish, Bilingual Copywriter. The ideal candidate should be fluent in written and verbal Spanish and have a thorough understanding and experience in developing Hispanic, multi-cultural marketing campaigns.

As a Copywriter, you’ll work in collaboration with an Art Director to craft engaging, informative copy across multiple channels. If you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have no problem handling multiple projects at once, we would like to hear from you.


  • Write relevant, engaging and informative copy that drives client goals.
  • Concept and collaborate with creative and account teams on campaign development.
  • Write in multiple styles and ensure tone is consistent with clients’ brands across multiple channels.
  • Participate in presentations, brainstorm and ideation sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.


  • 7+ years’ creative writing experience in an agency environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with demonstrated experience in Hispanic marketing.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in creative writing, marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong conceptual skills and the proven ability to translate marketing strategy into compelling creative work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication and dynamic presentation skills.
